The prices are valid from January 1st, 2017. Minimum 3 nights.
60 / 90 € per day for 2 people
75 / 105 € per day for 3 people
90 / 120 € per day for 4 people
105 / 135 € per day for 5 people
120 / 150 € per day for 6 people
Prices are on a weekly basis and the second price for a long w.end inclusive of bed linen, bathroom, dishes, washing machine, radio, outdoor area, outdoor canopy, barbecue, deck chairs and umbrella. Tourist tax calculated separately and paid on arrival. The amount of the stay is to be handed over upon arrival.
Not included in the price light, water and gas consumption, which will be counted separately by reading the counters at the arrival and departure moments of the guest.
A common rate will be applied.
The prices are valid with the exclusion of national holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, August 15th, etc.) and sports events.
They may also vary depending on the number of people and the duration of the stay.
The more you are the less you pay!
A guarantee deposit will be demanded at the first entry.
In case of booking we ask a deposit and the final payment once you arrive at Casera al Capitel.
Pets are not allowed.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount deposited as down payment will not be refunded unless different settlements.
